Audrey Gellman

​Audrey is a passionate fitness enthusiast dedicated to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. 

 

Audrey is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Lagree, and VersaClimb instructor, who is dedicated to making workouts both effective and enjoyable.   

 

In every session, you can expect a focus on form, mobility, and strength. Audrey tailors each program to the individual—helping clients build strength, confidence, and consistency. 


Audrey is CPR/AED certified, ensuring she'll provide safe and effective training experiences for all her clients. 

Audrey's mission is to empower you to push past your limits and prioritize feeling your best. Whether your goal is to build strength, improve overall fitness, or adopt a healthier lifestyle, she is here to help guide you every step of the way to help you thrive.

OLIVER COMINGS 

Expertise: Nutrition, Strength Training, Core and Functional Training, Injury Prevention,Muscle Restoration Therapy, Rehab Therapy/Training, Weight Loss Management, Mobility/Stability Training

Oliver is a native of Fort Collins, and has over 20 years experience in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist.

 

As a kid Oliver grew up playing nearly every sport the Parks and Recreation department had to offer. His love of sports and fitness continued throughout his life and inspired him to get his degree in exercise/ science from NPTI in Orlando, Florida.

 

Oliver continued his fitness journey in 2004 and became a nutrition consultant.  He has a strong desire to help each and every individual he works with reach their goals.

Christopher Nicholas 

With over 10 years of working as a health and wellness
professional Chris has worked with clients from all walks of
life. Chris studied Sport and Exercise Science at the University of
Central Florida, which  sparked the beginning of his path into personal training.

 

Chris has obtained various
certifications to help broaden his knowledge.  The International Sports ScienceAssociation, APEX Strength and Conditioning Certification,
and a nationally accredited assisted stretching
certification.

Chris has a strong belief in functional aging and
sustainability- focused fitness. He is dedicated to coaching
each client to remain consistent.


Originally from St. Petersburg, Florida Chris enjoys all the
seasons and outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer!
(that includes winter) Whether you're looking to start your fitness journey or take it to the next level, Chris will help you achieve your goals efficiently and effectively!

Shane Bennett

Shane Bennett is the owner of Club Ten 24 and a respected fitness industry professional with over 25 years of experience. Shane began his career as a personal trainer and nutritionist, building a strong foundation in performance, health, and client-centered coaching.

​

In 2003, Shane opened his first gym, marking the start of a successful ownership journey. Over the years, he has owned or partnered in three different fitness facilities, all of which remain open and operational today—a testament to his leadership, vision, and long-term commitment to the industry.

​

While Shane no longer offers personal training services, he continues to work closely with clients through custom golf performance programs and personalized nutrition plans, helping individuals improve performance, longevity, and overall wellness.

​

As the driving force behind Club Ten 24, Shane brings decades of hands-on experience, proven business success, and a results-focused approach to everything he does.
